RUGGLES Frank Eric It is with great sadness to announce that Frank finally lost his courageous battle with cancer on the 19th of February 2022 in Orkney, Scotland. Beloved husband of the late Valerie and a much loved father to Steve and Julia who will be greatly missed. The Funeral Service will be held at Weeley Crematorium on Thursday 31st of March 2022 at 12:30. It is requested that there are family flowers only please.
