HAMMERTON Sara Passed away peacefully at Colchester General Hospital on Sunday 2nd April 2023. Loving Wife of the late Russel. Mother to Adam and Nana to Etta. Retired from Elmstead Day Unit. Funeral to be held at Colchester Crematorium on Thursday 20th April at 10:15. All welcome to The Peldon Rose, Mersea Road afterwards. Family flowers only. Donations can be made on the day to Cancer Research or via Freedom Funerals Tributes and Donations page.
