MILLAR Douglas Malcolm 19th April 1929 1st February 2024 Consultant Surgeon FRCS, FRCS (Ed), former RNVR officer, capped by Scotland for hockey, avid cricketer, sailor and golfer. Husband to his beloved Sally, who passed away in August and with whom he is now reunited. Much loved father to James, Clare and Malcolm and wonderful grandfather to Anna, Jonathan, Lucy, Katie, Ben, Archie and Phoebe. Passed away peacefully at home aged 94, after a brief illness. Cremation will be held at the Colchester Crematorium, Mersea Road, Colchester CO2 8RU on Friday 8th March 2024 at 2.30pm. No flowers please, but the family would welcome any donations in Douglas' memory to be made to RNLI care of Hunnaball of Colchester at www.hunnaball.co.uk
