A BLIND charity says Colchester has the second most cluttered high street in the UK.
Guide Dogs counted obstacles that could block visually impaired pedestrians, in 65 towns around the country and found Colchester high street had 105 obstacles, including bins, hanging baskets, advertising bill-boards and parked cars.
It was second only to London’s Camden High Street, with 109 obstacles.
