A TECHNOLOGY company set up by Essex University has won £150,000 of funding.
UltraSoC Technologies has received the grant from the Technology Strategy Board in the Energy Efficient Computing competition.
The spEEDO project, run in conjunction with Cambridge University, will research ways of making electronic systems more energy efficient.
