A BOY has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Colchester.
 

The 16-year-old was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the murder enquiry into the death of Thomas Brittain.
 

Mr Brittain, 26, was fatally stabbed at a flat at Charles House in St Peter’s Street in the early hours of March 9.
 

The boy, who gave no address when arrested in Paternoster Row, Walton, during the early hours of this morning, is still in custody.

Two other teenagers have been arrested in connection with Mr Brittain’s murder.
 

Andre Vella, 19, from Kirby Cross, handed himself into Clacton Police Station two days after the aspiring rapper died.
 

Jack Hummerstone, 18, from Clerkenwell, London, was arrested in the city five weeks after the murder.
The pair are due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday, May 13.
