TOTS dressed in green to raise money for St Helena Hospice.
Children at Child's Play nursery, in Clarendon Way, joined in the fundraiser on Thursday, April 24.
Some staff also dressed head-to-toe in green clothes and collected donations for the cause.
Hospice mascot, Dandy Lion, came along to meet the youngsters and hand out stickers.
Sarah Day, manager, said: “It went really well.
“Dandy Lion was fantastic and the children loved him.”
The event marked a week of awareness with hospice posters and balloons being put up around the nursery.
Parents were asked to donate recycling bags of clothes and toys to be sold in the hospice fundraiser shops.
The event raised more than £50 in cash with sponsorship money still being counted, and around 40 bags of donations.
