IF you constantly check Facebook to see what is going on then you are not alone.
Researchers at Essex University have found a way to measure the concept of “fear of missing out” (FoMO).
The concept is described as the concern people have that others may be having more fun and rewarding experiences than them and is characterised as the desire to stay continually connected via social media with what others are doing.
