STANWAY Rovers suffered heartache this afternoon after losing 2-1 to Wisbech Town, in the Red Insure Cup final.
Rovers, the cup holders, fell behind early on but levelled courtesy of Lewis Bentley’s free-kick.
The striker drove a low effort into the net from just outside the box.
However, the sides were only level for five minutes.
Wisbech quickly regained their lead and managed to protect it during the second half.
