A PRIMARY school has been praised for improving.
Oftsed has rated Queen Boudica Primary School, in Cowper Crescent, Colchester, as good following a visit last month.
Its last rating, in 2011, was satisfactory.
Inspectors on Thursday said the school was continuing to improve and children were doing well in reading, writing and maths.
They praised the headteacher and staff for their leadership and said parents were “delighted” with the school.
Ofsted said children behaved extremely well and were in a safe environment.
They said it was not yet outstanding as it needed to challenge children further.
