A SERIAL offender was back in a police cell 13 hours after being released from prison.
Neville Dickinson, 61, swore at staff at the George Hotel in High Street, Colchester, hours after serving time at Chelmsford prison.
Dickinson, formerly of Colchester but now of no fixed address, has now clocked up 136 convictions for 294 offences and has breached his Asbo 27 times.
He was jailed for four months during a hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court on Thursday for breaching his Asbo on May 29. The Asbo banned him from using bad language and being drunk in public.
