DARING fundraisers can reach new heights by abseiling 100ft down Colchester’s historic town hall.
East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices is looking for 60 entrants to take part in the Colchester Abseil from one of the town’s tallest buildings.
The second Colchester Abseil will be led by Colchester Mayor Colin Sykes, who will swap his chains of office for a hard hat and safety harness to be the first to walk down the Town Hall.
Entry fees are £15 per person. Anyone aged 14 to 16 should raise at least £30 sponsorship, while those 17 and over are asked to raise £85 or more.
To sign up, visit www.each.org.uk/colchesterabseil or call 01206 848450.
