A MAN will be sentenced next month after he admitted charges of possessing fake bank notes worth £520.
Jonathan Jackson, 23, of Goring Road, Colchester, will return to Chelmsford Crown Court for sentence once reports are prepared.
He was told by Judge Christopher Ball QC he is facing a prison sentence.
Jackson admitted charges of fraud and possessing the notes and another charge of possessing cannabis when he appeared in court.
He is accused of passing two forged £10 notes to get a Hugo Boss perfume set from the Perfume Shop in Trinity Street, Colchester on March 19 this year and possessing £520 in fake £10 notes intending to pass them as genuine.
