A FAMILY is appealing for help to find a missing woman who disappeared from her home last month.
Susan Berckerman from Oxford Road in Colchester has not been seen since July 22.
The 55-year-old is believed to have taken a taxi to the train station but has not been heard from since and has not been in contact with her family.
Police are seeking the woman and there is concern that she may not be taking her medication for anxiety.
It is believed the woman could have taken the train to Newham in East London but it is not known where in the country she might be now.
Susan is described as 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build with shoulder length brown hair.
When she was last seen she was wearing blue jeans and a blue jacket, and was carrying a large back pack.
Her husband is appealing for Susan to get in touch just to let him know she is okay.
Anyone with any information about the whereabouts of Susan Beckerman is asked to contact police in Colchester on 101.
