The Electric Palace appeal, to fund repairs to the historic building, is up and running with the first donations adding to the kitty.
Events are planned throughout the coming year and fans of Clive Owen, patron of the Electric Palace, will soon get the chance to win signed copies of DVDs the Hollywood star has appeared in.
