DETECTIVES hunting for the killer of Nahid Al-Manea have released an e-fit of a man of interest.
Nahid, 31, of Woodrow Way, Colchester, was stabbed 16 times and killed on the Salary Brook Trail just before 10.40am on Tuesday. June 17.
She was a student at Essex University over from Saudi Arabia.
The man pictured was seen running from the scene.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "Detectives investigating the murder of Nahid Al-Manea in Colchester have today issued an efit of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the investigation.
"He was seen running up Hewes Close, away from the Salary Brook Trail at 10.56am on Tuesday, June 17.
"He is described as white, aged between 18 and 25, of medium build and with dark hair.
"He was wearing a long sleeve plain hooded top that is described as London bus red and dark trousers.
"If you can help us with any information about this man, if you know who he is or if you think it could be you please call us on 01245 282103 now.
"You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
"Crimestoppers has offered a reward of £10,000 to anyone with information that would lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible."
