AN NHS mental health worker is holding a free workshop to help people overcome stress in the workplace.
'Stress buster' Awele Odeh, who works for North Essex Partnership Foundation Trust, will hold the event today.
The trust is responsible for treating mental health patients in north Essex.
The 37-year-old, who has worked for the NHS for 14 years, said: “Stress can damage our health and emotional well-being and ultimately lead to burnout.
"People who attend should be able to take away some lessons to better deal with it.”
The workshop will take place in Xenia Conference Centre, in London, today, between 5pm and8pm.
