A HOUSE has been evacuated after a 20ft tree fell onto it.
The incident took place in Lexden Mews, Lexden Road, Colchester.
Firefighters were called to the property shortly before 10am this morning.
A spokesman for Essex County Fire and Rescue Service said: "All people were safely evacuated from the property."
A specialist team were called in to cut apart the tree.
