Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Location: Colchester
Part time - 16 Hours per week
Tuesday 9.30am - 2.00pm, Wednesday 2.30pm - 5.30pm,
Thursday 12.30pm - 5.30pm, Friday 2.00pm - 5.30pm
The role offers variety on a daily basis, duties include:
• Dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face
• Booking notices and advertisements
• Assisting both colleagues and customers with queries and requests
• Completing general administrative functions as required.
• Processing payments and cashing up
• Maintaining a high level of customer service ensuring the needs of customers are foremost
The Person
• Flexibility in working hours essential (holiday cover will be required)
• A friendly approach to both colleagues and customers. • Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. • Competent keyboard skills
• A good team player.
