Renowned presenter and environmental campaigner David Bellamy was among the experts who enthralled wildlife enthusiasts with guided talks and tours.
The TV presenter, 81, led the Bellamy at Brightlingsea weekend, organised by the British Naturalists’ Association (BNA).
Activities included birding boat trips from Brightlingsea Harbour and wildlife spotting in the company of David and his team of experts.
Children from the town’s schools accompanied the veteran broadcaster on an oyster smack boat to take part in traditional dredging.
