Samantha Preston takes the keys to her new home in Colchester
The keys have been handed over for the first affordable houses on a Colchester development.
A total of 110 new homes are being built on the new Brook Street project.
Colne housing association will own 72 of which the first 33 are completed.
The project is in partnership with Colchester Council and the rest of the site is due to be completed next year.
