A technology firm is investing £3million to become the first business based at Colchester’s Knowledge Gateway site.

Bowater Holographics has announced it will move into the Parkside Office Village, at Essex University later this year.

Initially the move is expected to create six jobs, with more likely to follow if the company grows as it hopes.

Bowater will also be offering internships and scholarships as part of a long-term relationship with the university.
