A TODDLER was taken to hospital after suffering a seizure on the beach.
The three-year-old girl was by the coast in Brightlingsea when she fell ill.
The ambulance service and coastguard were called, at about 2.30pm yesterday.
The Clacton Coastguard Rescue Team attended and took her to the waiting ambulance.
She was then transferred to Colchester General Hospital in a stable condition.
