Alicia De Voy 21 of Manningtree was volunteering in Ghana. A safari bus in which she was travelling was hit by a lorry and Alicia was the only one conscious. Despite having gone through the windscreen, broken her nose in 2 places and having a piece of the windscreen in her leg, she managed to pull the others to safety before going to fetch help. She is flying home tonight. I have some photos of the crash. The woman at the Volunteer centre said that she was 'amazing' and 'very very brave'
