VISITORS had the chance to learn more about fossils at Colchester Natural History Museum.
The free Go Live Fantastic Fossils event featured talks from experts and was also a chance to see fossilised creatures which have been found in the area.
A spokesman for the museum said: “It was a unique opportunity for visitors to meet fossil experts. Families came along to learn more about the fossilised creatures that are found in this area and see specimens from the collections.
“It also gave people the chance to bring their own fossils in and get them identified.”
