16 dog owners handed notices for not cleaning up mess
IRRESPONSIBLE dog owners were issued with 16 notices after their dogs fouled and the mess was not cleared up.
The notices, issued by Colchester Council between April last year to March this year, resulted in £50 fines, all of which were paid.
The details were revealed at a Colchester Council scrutiny committee.
