Family made homeless after fire in bedroom
A FAMILY have been made homeless after a fire in a bedroom of a house in Colchester.
Firefighters were called to Daphne Court in Hickory Avenue at 3.17am on Saturday.
Two crews from Colchester extinguished the blaze by 3.55am.
Two adults and three children have been made homeless following the fire.
Essex Fire and Rescue Service will carry out an investigation to establish the cause of the fire.
