A range of babies' dummies have been pulled off shelves at Boots over safety fears.
Customers are being asked to return the pharmacy chain's Baby Airflow Soother for age zero to six months, and six-months plus.
A spokesperson for the company said it is a "precautionary measure" after discovering a "potential manufacturing fault" in two of its products, which "might cause a small tear in the silicone teat".
Thousands of the pack-of-two dummy sets could be damaged
They added: “The health and safety of our customers and patients is always our highest priority.
"We're asking customers to return these products to our stores immediately for a refund or replacement with a similar item.
"We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and would like to offer our reassurances that as soon as the fault was identified, as part of our quality control process, we immediately removed these lines from sale. No other products are affected."
