Henley's Fish and Chips, Wivenhoe
Unsurprisingly the shop ranked the best in the county by travel website Big 7 featured in your suggestions.
You described the food as "the best fish and chips around" and praised its gluten free options.

Dr Chippy, Queen Street, Colchester
Dr Chippy was also another popular choice among our readers.
