A GROUP of teenagers has raised more than £1,000 for a cancer charity after organising a 24 hour video gaming marathon.
The 13 students, who all attend Hedingham School in Sible Hedingham, have so far raised £,1327 for MacMillan Cancer Support.
They are made up of Ben Styman-Heighton, Alfie Parker, Jacob Marshall, Jamie Hall, Harry Ellison-Oakes, Ben Greengrass, Jack Gill, Lewis Pettigrew, Chris Wrigley-Brookes, Alistair Groves, Ed Cutmore, Henry Mcarthur and Alfie Yong.
Ben Styman-Heighton’s mum Shelly said: “This is a real testament to their friendship and support they have given each other with coming to terms with their new normal.”
