A PAIR of terriers have become village celebrities after cheering residents up during lockdown with their socially distanced photo tour around Constable Country.
Miniature schnauzers Mister Noodles and Wilfred Humphrey have been delighting villagers with their social media exploits.
With the help of owner Graham Reed, the pair have documented their travels across picturesque sites including Flatford Mill and Dedham, taking in several businesses along the way.
Graham said: “It started when I was walking around Flatford and the dogs jumped up on a bench, one at either end so they were 2m apart.
“I thought it was funny so I took a photo and posted it on my Facebook.
“It got a few likes and it really took off. I just started taking photos of them in different locations and sharing them. It has snowballed from there.”
The public wanted more and the patient pups have been all to happy to oblige.
Mr Reed, who lives in East Bergholt, said: “They are extremely well behaved as long as you have a treat at the ready. Once we got into a routine of doing it they seemed to know they had to sit apart.”
Mr Reed has decided to retire the boys from their modelling careers, but says he’ll post occasional pupdates online.
