DRIVERS were forced to drive through ankle deep water after a busy road notorious for flooding was swept up by water again.
Haven Road, Colchester, flooded again on Friday due to high tides from the River Colne.
Businesses based on the road have faced years of flooding problems in the area.
In the past Essex County Council has said the flooding was the responsibility of Anglia Water and the Environment Agency.
Anglia Water has told The Gazette the issue is not caused by the firm’s assets.
