Police seized drugs in a morning raid on a home in Colchester.

A team of officers with Colchester's Community Policing Team executed a warrant in New Town on Monday morning, responding to reports of drug activity.

A spokesman said: "A quantity of suspected amphetamine and other controlled substances were seized.

"Enquiries are continuing."
