POLICE seized vehicles from a group of nuisance quad bike riders in Tiptree.
Essex Police Rural and Heritage Crime Officer Andy Long was assisted by Colchester’s Local Policing Team at the incident.
Vehicles were seized from suspects who had travelled miles to visit the area of woodland.
PC Andy Long said on Twitter: “Not a good plan during this lockdown to load your quad bikes in your vehicles and drive miles to woods near Tiptree terrorise dog walkers and make off from police.
“Your vehicles have been seized. Please call 101 to discuss."
Great work from @PcAndyLong, @PCJedRaven and @EPColchester yesterday after reports of nuisance riders in one of our villages.
