BURGLARS stole £1,000 worth of furniture after breaking in to a building in Colchester.
The crooks made their way into a property in Baronswood Way between 6pm on Friday, January 15, and 9am the following day.
They forced their way in to a locked storage area and took £1,000 worth of steel-frame furniture from inside.
A few weeks prior to this, a large quantity of copper piping was also taken from the same address.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "Anyone who was in the area and the time and saw what happened, or anyone with dash cam footage of the incident, is asked to contact us on 101 quoting crime reference 42/8411/21."
