THREE applications for alcohol licences have been made to Colchester Council.
Anyone who wants to serve or sell alcohol, provide late-night refreshment, or put on regulated entertainment at their premises requires a licence.
The application is advertised and there is a 28 day objection period during which the responsible authorities and general public can make representations in support of or against the application.
