A SCHOOL has received a generous donation of more than a dozen computers thanks to a Colchester business.
Pupils at the Philip Morant School now have 15 PCs after legal firm Attwells Solicitors in North Hill arranged for the donation.
The idea was organised by former pupil and Attwells Partner Lloyd Clarke who was inspired to help after reading reports of children struggling to access resources for home learning during lockdown.
He said: “I was advised there are instances where some students have no computer access or only one shared computer in the household.”
The PCs were delivered by Matt Allman of moveitclearitfinditstoreit.
Earlier this year, Attwells donated £500 to a GoFundMe appeal to buy laptops for the Computers for Schools project.
