A LANDMARK in the Maldon district worth more than £5 million is going up for auction this month.
ICS House in Hall Road, Heybridge will be sold at auction by Acuitus guide price between £5 million and £5.25 million.
The Grade-II listed former mills comprise 1.67 acres converted to offices together with two separate warehouse buildings and parking.
It currently produces annual rental income of £449,456.
The plans have also noted how the site has the potential to be redeveloped into 32 flats and 19 houses.
Spokesman John Mehtab said: “ICS House benefits from its long-term occupier Rockwell Automation Limited which has been in occupation of the property since 1982, and its locality among industrial and residential properties.”
The property was listed by Historic England in 1971 with the original building dating back to 1863.
The auction takes place on March 25 and will be broadcast online, and buyers can submit bids by telephone, online or by proxy.
