PLANS for the latest 201 properties to be built at a 1,600 home development have been revealed.
Countryside Properties has submitted a planning application for the latest stage of the Chesterwell development, in Mile End, Colchester.
It will see another 201 homes built to the north-west side of the site.
There will be 30 two-bed, 90 three-bed and 47 four-bed houses and four one-bed and 30 two-bed flats, with 15 per cent of the homes classed as affordable.
A planning report states the homes will be "high quality residential dwellings with private amenity space" and have access to "high quality landscaped communal amenity space"
It adds: "Countryside has engaged in pre-application consultation with the council and, wherever possible, the scheme reflects the feedback received."

Once complete Chesterwell will have 1,600 homes, new primary and secondary schools as well as a Co-op supermarket.
Colchester Council will have the final say on the plans.
