A POPULAR Bavarian-style festival of drinking and revelry is set to return to Castle Park this year - and tickets are selling out fast.
Due to huge demand Oktoberfest Colchester is once again taking place at the park this autumn.
Featuring traditional oompah bands, German food and of course a lot of beer, the event has become a firm favourite in Colchester's calendar.
The organisers have brought some form of the event to lower castle park every year since 2017, however, coronavirus meant nothing took place in 2020.
This year's event takes place on Saturday, October 23.
There are both afternoon and evening sessions available.
