TODAY we can bring you another selection of pictures from a new website that has unearthed hundreds of incredible school photos.
The new collection was taken at the Gilberd School, in Colchester, by long-serving teacher Eddie Ross.
Former student Jonathan Moran has now uploaded them to a website and ex-pupils and teachers can enjoy more than 300 images, from the mid-1960s until the late 1980s.
Mr Ross taught modern languages at the school from 1966 until 1985.
Until recently, he continued to work at the Gilberd’s former North Hill site for the Colchester Sixth Form College.
Visitors to the site can view all of Mr Ross’ photos in high quality and also download a free copy of his book, ‘The Gilberd North Hill’.
