A BUSY road in Wivenhoe is partially blocked after a lorry brought down some power cables.
The B1028, Colchester Road, is blocked this morning after the incident, which took place between Clingoe Hill and Brightlingsea Road.

There is no access at the moment for high vehicles and buses.
