POLICE were called to an incident at a Tesco store in Colchester.
At least six police vehicles were called to the supermarket giant's Hythe store, in Greenstead Road, Colchester, at about 9pm on Monday.
Residents reported the store being closed whilst officers dealt with an incident inside.

A Tesco spokesman said: "Our Colchester Hythe Superstore is open as usual after a brief closure yesterday evening while police dealt with an incident in the store.”
Essex Police have been contacted for comment.
