HUGE queues are forming across part of Colchester due to a set of roadworks getting underway in two busy roads.
Anglian Water is conducting repairs in Haven Road and Whitehall Road, in the Hythe.
Multi-way traffic lights have been installed whilst the works, which started on Thursday morning, are completed.
The works are causing huge queues across the Hythe including towards B&Q in Lightship Way.

The roadworks are set to continue until July 7.
Haven Road is notorious for flooding, with it becoming swamped with water when there is a high tide in the River Colne.
