DAREDEVIL schoolchildren took part in adventurous activities to mark a landmark in their educational journey.
Year 6 pupils from Holy Trinity Primary School, Eight Ash Green and Aldham, enjoyed a two-day trip to Essex Outdoors, on Mersea Island.
They will be leaving at the end of term to start secondary school.
To mark the occasion, the pupils took part in a range of activities, ranging from high ropes, team challenges, climbing, pedal karting, archery, an adventure course and kit karts.

Teacher Katie Welsh said: “Our favourites were the high ropes, pedal karts and archery.
“Some of us were a bit scared, but learnt to overcome our fears and gave each activity a go.
“Even though it rained a lot and we got soaking wet, we still had lots of fun. When we went home, we were very damp and tired but happy to have had such a great experience.”
