TODAY we’re hopping back in our time machine and reliving Colchester’s popular carnival procession in the 1990s.
The event was and still is a prime example of community spirit, with crowds of people lining the pavements and getting in the spirit.
For those taking part, it was a chance to don wacky costumes, slap on face paint and have some fun while raising vital funds.
This is our third batch of pictures in what has proved a popular series.
