EMERGENCY service rushed to a beauty spot after a incident.
Several police and ambulance vehicles were spotted in Abbot's Road, Colchester, from after 7pm on Sunday evening.
Residents also say forensics officers were spotted at the scene.
The response is believed to be in relation to an incident at the nearby Middlewick Ranges, which is run by the Ministry of Defence.

Essex Police and the East of England Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
