WE would like to clarify mistakes made in the article referring to Lisa McKeever.

Mrs McKeever, 54, from Dovercourt, was given an 18 month community order, fined £150 and disqualified from driving for 12 months after admitting being in possession of cocaine.

She was not handed a two year suspended prison sentence or ordered her to undertake 250 hours of unpaid work, as was reported, and had not been in prison before.

We would like to apologise to Mrs McKeever for the errors and for any inconvenience caused.
