Essex Police's Operational Support Group posted on Twitter after coming across the wreckage following the collision in Great Leighs on Wednesday.
The team said: "On the return to base earlier today we came across this RTC in Great Leighs the driver swerved to avoid a deer hit a tree and has rolled the vehicle.
"Very lucky that the driver has walked away with no injuries.
