THERE are seven Covid patients in critical care at the trust which runs Colchester Hospital.
According to the North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group there are seven coronavirus patients in ICU at the East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust, which runs Colchester and Ipswich hospitals.
Of these, six are unvaccinated, and the seventh is a pregnant woman who has had one dose of a vaccine.
The CCG posted on Twitter: "The dangers of Covid-19 are very real.
"Best protect yourself by having both jabs."
